Judah at 4 months

So what happens when you tell Piper we need to get a few pictures of Judah before his 4 month old check-up? She takes the camera and snaps away. Not only did she document his healthy appetite, but she did the fat rolls justice too!

Judah was 16 lbs and a little over 25 inches long. Dr. Malone said everything looks great with him and he handled all three shots like a trooper.

Last day and Piper has had enough!

Patrick and I had been dreaming of the Disney World trip since the last one four years ago. Piper was only 6 months old so the first one was really Zac's trip. This year was for Piper. She met every character, got some face painting, rode a lot of rides and dined with the princesses for lunch one day (thanks to Aunt Dianne). The whole trip was amazing. We, all 9 of us, had so much fun. Yes I said 9. Patrick, Me, Zac, Piper, Judah, Aunt Dianne, my Mom, Maggie and Devyn. Four adults and five kids all in a Toyota Sienna mini van. We were a cross between a travelling band of gypsies and the family in that clown car at the fair where folks just keep getting out. We have so many great memories from this trip and Judah at four months old followed in his sisters foot steps. He was the perfect angel just like she was when she went at 6 months old. He flew well, he strolled well (even on the hottest days) and went for his first swim at the hotel.

Zac rocking the baby when he was about 2 months old. Every day Zac would come home from school and scoop him up for a feeding or just to rock him. Zac is rocking out the role of big brother.

Easter

Our first Easter with Judah - we are so very blessed! We started early with church and an Easter egg hunt where Piper loaded up on about 50 eggs (full of candy I might add).

Piper wore her gorgeous Easter dress that Aunt Dianne spent countless hours on. Handmaking a dress is for most anyone but French Hand Sewing is a true talent. And one that Aunt Dianne did better than you could imagine. Just look for yourself...
